Can I get a digital download and print the artwork myself?
Unfortunately I cannot offer ultra-high-quality files as digital download due to the likelihood of them being reproduced, copied, distributed or sold outside of bring printed once for personal use. If you’d like a custom print and need more selections in terms of size, paperweight, and finish, or would like me to work with a local printer in your area, please send an email and we might be able to work something out.
Which countries do you ship prints to?
Currently, prints can be shipped to New Zealand, Australia and UK. If you live outside of these areas, please send me an email and I may be able to source a local printer in your area.
Please note that paperweights and inks may vary slightly between regions, but are guaranteed to be archival-quality giclée prints. International orders are shipped directly to you from the nearest local printer source. If you require a very specific paper weight or finish (e.g matte, satin, pearl) please get in touch via email to make a custom order.
My order is a gift – will the recipient get the receipt or invoice in their order?
No, only the order confirmation email has the pricing information listed on it. The package won’t have any pricing info contained.
How are orders packed?
A4 and smaller prints are shipped in a Flatpack between stiff cardboard to ensure the print is not bent. The flatpack is also bubble-wrapped. Larger prints are rolled up and shipped in a tube.
